Sarthak Foundation, which has taken up the challenge to tackle the problem of chronic illiteracy in the state of UP (beginning with the slums of Lucknow), is looking for motivated interns to help in raising funds. This is an eight weeks voluntary internship. We are looking for two talented, confident, compassionate interns to represent Sarthak among the corporate offices of Lucknow and raise funds. The job will involve visiting and meeting CSR departments of corporates, CEOs/Decisions Makers of Small and Medium Enterprises and Professionals to create awareness about our work, initiate constructive engagement and raise funds. The ideal person would have a passion for social change, great communication and presentation skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ours is a young team with an informal and friendly work environment and flat hierarchy. We don’t discriminate based on a person’s background. Persons differently-abled are especially encouraged to apply.
