Sasha is a 2-year-old sophisticated lady who is very unhappy with her ACC experience. She was brought to the shelter as a stray on August 27th and has not found anything about that facility to her liking. Sasha is missing some fur on her neck and the ACC staff are wondering if someone had kept her collar too tight?
