Sat here thinking about the journey I’ve been through so far. I feel compelled to say that if you’re going through a storm, you need to know that storm will pass. Keep your heart filled with love and everything you desire will be yours. Change is often painful and difficult but essential for us to grow. No matter what challenges you face, believe you can overcome them and you will, including cancer. Surviving cancer has taught me so much about love and gratitude, for when you lose everything you held so precious to you and almost your life, You begin to understand that losing everything must happen, for you are clearing the storyboard of your life to enable you to write the next chapter…a chapter that is filled with love, great friendships and the amazing life that lays ahead of you, everything you desire. I realize that only when we stop looking in the rearview mirror can we build the future that we’ve always dreamed of, so here’s to building the most amazing future that we always dreamt of. Clean the slate, be grateful for the lessons that you’ve learned, including the painful ones, for those painful lessons taught me the most.
