Sat last night with the myfitness pal and the create a recipe part of it and added egg custard to it, turns out that is actually a good thing to make, fits into my carb count, so something new yet again I can make and add to my variety of new foods. I made 4 little dishes last night. I can even change up the flavor by putting in sugar free flavored coffee syrup. I also tallied up pumpkin pie filling, so soon, I will be making the filling only part of it like a custard too, that part of it is about 14 carbs and is an okay. I am using splenda though for sugar which brings down the carb count.
