Satan runs the MVA. First they wouldnt transfer my tags because they said I had administrative flags (I didnt). Then they said my insurance lapsed (on the car I traded in which they thought I still owned because my registration transfer was tied up due to the nonexistent flags). Now they are saying the tags cant be transferred because of the nonexistent insurance lapse (they have documentation from the dealer and my insurance agent proving otherwise). I feel bad for the customer service reps who finally picks up this call. On the upside, its JULY! Also known as the month that the World Cup ends!!!!!!!!
