Satguruyogiprabhu’s Prasadam Recipe: Be sure when preparing you recite mantras and use the L.G.E.S. Ingredients: 1 cup uncooked Basmati rice, 24 oz. of vanilla yogurt, 1 stick of butter, 2 bananas, ½ cup of dried cranberries, ½ cup of raisins, 1 cup of golden raisins, 4 table spoons of brown sugar, 4 table spoons of honey light to medium color, 1 table spoon of almond extract, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Cook the rice then allow cooling uncovered after fluffing 20 – 30 minutes. While rice is cooling melt butter in large skillet on low heat. Dice the bananas after removing the skin…LOL Add the bananas and the other fruit lightly stirring until mixed well then add the rest of the ingredients except the yogurt, which will be mixed last after final cooling. Allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes or until bananas appear mushy. Then mix with rice and allow cooling for 15 – 20 minutes. Now add the yogurt mixing well, place in serving container then promptly chill in the refrigerator. Cinnamon is optional. If used sprinkle on top before chilling. After 4-6 hours it will be ready to eat. It is best served after allowing it to be slightly warmed once removed from the refrigerator. 20 – 30 minutes will suffice. Sincerely, your Jnandaji Namaste’
