Saturday 15th 29 Anglers caught 57 Rainbows to 3lb 8oz Rod average 2. 36 Rainbows were kept at an average weight of 2lb 1oz The wind made things difficult for everyone to day. Bank Andrew Greet caught four wading out from the culvert on Dawson’s Nomad before the wind got up. Paul Good caught three from the point Dave Walker landed two but lost more off fishing near the overflow with a Cats Whisker. Boats Only one boat out. Paul Drummond caught eight rainbows fishing Black Buzzers under an Indicator just out from the old slipway. Float Tubes British Float Tube Association competition was won by Steve Frakes with four fish for 8lb 13oz. Second was Brian Heald with four for 8lb 11oz and third was Dave Carrie with four fish for 7lb 14oz. eleven anglers fished and nine weighed in twenty five fish for 53lb. Last 4 hour permit available from 2pm. Part Day Boat Morning (8.30am to 1.00pm) Afternoon (1pm to 6.00pm) Lockwood opens at 8am and closes at 6.30pm.
