Saturday 15th November is now my luckiest day yet. Not only did get the honour of joining my beautiful fiancée Tracy Elliot on stage for Grit Plyo and Grit Strength at Les Mills GFX Liverpool with the incredible UK instructor team and some fellow hard core GRIT coaches, to top it of I also learned that I have successfully secured a place in the 2015 Celtman Extreme Scottish Triathlon Ironman event. What an awesome day to be alive. Eat, sleep train repeat and always believe in achieving your dreams.
