They were pissed! Pushdowns 3 sets of 10 We do these in a strange manner...with proper form. We actually turn the opposite way and keep our backs flat against the machine so that the triceps are actually worked, not the shoulders,etc. After lifting I attended a Someone Special dance with my daugher Taylor. I grooved to some funky beats and cut a rug along with other dads that clearly did not possess the moves and gyrations that I routinely unleashed. I grew up watching Soul Train.
