Saturday, 20th December. JESUS WAS A WORKER. I must - TopicsExpress

Saturday, 20th December. JESUS WAS A WORKER. I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work. (John 9:4 KJV) I am very excited that we have so far explored several secrets of Jesus success this month, and we still have a few more things to learn even still. If you really want to be genuinely successful, you must study the lives of successful people, and the chiefest of them is Jesus Christ the Son of God. I challenge any human dead or alive to contest or compare His success with any one greater, any day any time. Today we discover that Jesus was a worker. He knew the value of work, and He had a very interesting approach to work, an approach I believe is partly responsible for His astounding and outstanding success. He recognized that every man has a day time and a night time to their lives. The day time is when you are young, but the night time is the period of old age, when you no longer have much time nor energy left. Night time is rest time, night time is retirement time. A time when people retire to their beds and homes to rest. But rest will not be rest when it was not preceded by work, because it is work that necessitates rest. God rested on the seventh day after working for six days, so you cannot enjoy rest where there had been no prior work. Work is not a curse, it is rather a blessing. Work existed since Genesis chapter two, long before the curse in chapter three of Genesis. Work is Gods way of getting things done, it is a way of developing yourself as well. Work keeps you exercised and alive, Jesus trekked most of His journey on earth so you can imagine how strong and fit He was. Day time is work time, day time is your youthful time, day time is when you are at the peak of your energy, day time is exploit time. Fulfill your destiny while it is day so you can rest well at night while you reap your harvest. Assignment. i. Ask the Lord to kill every form of laziness in your life. ii. Battle and fight out excuses from your life. Live a life of zero excuses from today. Prayer. -Lord I resist all forms of laziness and excuses from my life today in Jesus Name. -I receive the baptism of work from today in Jesus Name.
