Saturday, April 5, 5p.m. Dinner and a Movie Pajama Party!! The young and the young at heart are invited to this special family dinner and a show at the Fellowship on Saturday, April 5. First, we’ll enjoy a potluck of kid-friendly foods at 5:00 p.m. Wear your jammies and bring your pillows and blankets, because at 5:45, we’ll cozy up in front of the movie screen, slumber party-style, to watch the Academy Award-winning animated Disney/Pixar film, Brave. Your favorite stuffed animals are welcome to join us! Set in the Scottish highlands, Brave tells the story of Merida, a princess who causes chaos in the kingdom by rebelling against the tradition that she marry, seeking instead to make her own path in life. Merida must rely on her bravery and her archery skills to undo a beastly curse. The film won the Academy Award for Best Animated Film. Please bring a potluck dish to share. The Friendship Committee will provide drinks and paper products, or you can bring your own. No childcare is necessary, since even the youngest tots can enjoy the evening’s entertainment.
