Saturday C Ride Forecast for Saturday is cold and somewhat breezy. Heres a shorter route, leaving at 9:00 AM (when temps are due to be over freezing) from Prattville Medical Park on the corner of McQueen Smith Rd (CR 75) and AL 14. Well confirm route direction based on prevailing winds, but if winds are out of the east as forecast, I plan to ride it counter clockwise. You can get the explanation in the parking lot before the ride. Winter gear is recommended, but you still will need to vent heat and drink fluids. There will be at least one store stop either direction we go. Let me know if this is the time you want to try some wool. ;) C Pace is 13 - 15 avg (thatll be me at least, and one or two others assure me theyll be there at C pace too. You know how that goes though, right?) but others can pair off and ride ahead if desired. No drop ride, but you need to be able to handle 30 miles and some modest hills.
