Saturday Event: 5 work hard for 100s coming to Kids Day in the Park. There has been a lot to get done: brightly colored plastic eggs to be stuffed, cases of food & drinks to be readied, tables to set up & dozens of volunteers who will report to their duties. The committee (pictured), a group of five who wanted to give back to the North Tyler community, host the event at Emmett J. Scott Park (formerly Lincoln). Ambra Phillips is the volunteer who stuffs Easter eggs with candy for the annual event; shes pictured with her family, all of whom helped. bit.ly/1qSg6s0
