Saturday Morning Smoothie is a very yummy one. I never really plan these, I just look and see what I have and what sound good. This one has: one banana strawberries(about 8 or 10) one avocado one cup frozen blueberries one cup red grapes one TBLS Grade B Maple Syrup 2 small scoops chia seeds 1-2 drops Ginger Essential Oil You can buy Ginger EO here: sparknaturals/index.php/essentialoils/eo-ginger.html/?id=14 Its on sale everyday for 10% off with coupon code: PATTI This really works best if you put the grapes in the bottom, but I forgot to...so I had to use the punch to get the top ingredients to blend. It makes a thick smoothie which I like, but if you want a thinner one, add about one half cup of your preferred milk. Also, you can use whichever fruit you like as the frozen one, I just happen to keep fresh blueberries available at all times.
