Push ups - 54 2. EQ rows - 33 3. Squats - 66 4. Finger tip touch crunches - 98 5. Burpees - 27 6. Get ups - 14 -4 rounds of each pair on my call (start and switch...only transition rest) 1. KB Squats & KB swings (35lbs) 2. Hurdle (12") lateral jumps & Plyo (atomic) jumping jacks -KB farmer carries (length of 40-50m switch hand every lap). Approx 8-10 total laps. (45lbs) -Core burnout! On my call/switch. 1 round of the following 1. Plank on hands knee to elbow 2. mountain climbers 3. plank on hands crunches 4. scissor kicks with oblique twists 5. legs up feet touch crunches 6. butterfly crunches 7. opposite hand to thigh crunches 8. finger tip crunches Level of Exertion 9/10 Average Heart Rate 154 Max Heart Rate 171
