Saturday News Update: #WINNER Former Member of Parliament Bukanga Constituency Isingiro district Engineer Nathan Byanyima has been declared the winner of NRM primaries for Bukanga constituency Isingiro district with 25,450 votes ammounting 45.7 percent with amid accusations of ballot stuffing, violence and other forms of electoral malpractice.
