Saturday November 8 2014 3 Nephi 15:21 Verily I say unto you, that ye are they of whom I said: Other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. 3 Nephi 15:21 Jesus had spoken to his disciples in the Old World of other sheep that he must visit and give the message of salvation (John 10:14-16). The risen Lord had now appeared to one of his larger flocks of sheep, the Nephites (another fold would be the ten lost tribes; 3 Nephi 16:1-2). Christ is the God of all creation and the God of all the earth, and no nation was to be deprived of either his presence or the principles of his gospel. Know ye not that there are more nations than one? . . . And I bring forth my word unto the children of men, yea, even upon all the nations of the earth? . . . . For I command all men, both in the east, and in the west, and in the north, and in the south, and in the islands of the sea, that they shall write the words which I speak unto them (2 Nephi 29:7,11)
