Saturday is odd day at the Mean Woman Grill. We start out with Joe Ramirez at lunch at 11:30 am. I cant do a big background on him because theres no information out there, but hes played at the Grill before and people liked him. Even if hes not on ReverbNation, hes a professional musician. Hes blind, and hes a character for sure. You will probably like his Latino beat. Then we have a girl that sings country with an Australian accent. In fact, she came from Australia just to attend the music school at Levelland. Magan Laurie then proceeded to take this world famous music institution by storm. While at South Plains College, the faculty awarded her Outstanding Female Songwriter of the Year 03-04 & 04-05, Female Country/Swing Vocalist of the Year 03-04 & 04-05, Female Bluegrass Vocalist of the year 04-05, Female Country/Swing Instrumentalist of the Year 04-05 and Female Entertainer of the Year 04-05. She remains in West Texas and shes going to wow you this evening at 6:30 pm, winding down our Ladies week at the Mean Woman Grill. You can hear some of her music at reverbnation/meganlaurie
