Saturday night, I woke up in a violent manner unable to breathe or talk. My larynx had gone into a spasm that lasted about three minutes. Just as I was about to pass out, it released and I was able to breathe again. Webmd says that was caused by years of acid reflux. It was aggravated by a cold setting in. Then I preached Sunday morning a bit harder and louder than usual. Not too bright, but on a good note, I am eating ice cream all day today without any feeling of guilt.
