Saturday night: Slept 1am-9am 8 hours...what! First consecutive 8 hours of the challenge! +1 (Friday I slept in till 7:30 an woke up naturally so that was just as good.) Wod with 11:30 class Breakfast: apple with almond butter. Lunch: smoothie with some kind of fancy almond milk and berries and almond butter and half a banana. Dinner: whole 30 approved sweet potato chips with home made guacamole and turkey salad.
