Bacon Wrapped Shrimp - Gulf shrimp wrapped with bacon, glazed with BBQ sauce, and topped with Michigan Apples. THE NEW ARRIVALS: Pork Tenderloin - A pork tenderloin marinated and grilled then sliced into medallions and served Marsala style over garlic cream linguine. Walleye - 10 ounces of fresh Lake Walleye breaded, pan-fried served with French fries, coleslaw, and lemon aioli. BACK FOR ROUND 2: Airline Chicken Breast - 9 ounces of free range, steroid-free and antibiotic-free chicken breast with first wing joint, pan crisped and glazed with succulent chipotle peach sauce, served with cheesy polenta and asparagus.
