Saturday track this week- 10min easy warm + drills (30mins approx total) then 10 x 800m @ 5k pace with 60 second recoverys, 10mins easy cool down. Should be at Melbourne again but will confirm at the end of the week. Due to my other coaching commitments this will be the last track session of the summer, there will some extra Saturday sessions over the winter, fitting in with the xc and club schedule . I hope you have all got as much from the track over the summer as I have.
