Saturday viewing appts clashed, serving a buyer at East Coast today & couldnt make it for viewing for a new HDB listing I gotten a couple days back. But true to our culture in the team, my team mate whos well versed in that HDB estate took over the viewing and presented the unit for his buyer. He call me back with an offer but this listing is so new that the checklist has not reached its 7 days yet! Talk about the speed of closing; 1. getting listing at the right price 2. having very active team mates 3. unselfish and trusting within team 4. push for offer 5. negotiation time!
