Saturday was a special day for me. In the morning I completed the final settlement formalities and received a very great touching farewell from my colleagues... I met our CEO, on my way back to Kerala, after lunch, and that was a turning point. Our conversation lasted for more than an hour and end of it I decided to continue with MDS. It was a very tough decision but the kind of support I received from the MDS team made me stronger to take it... Yes, am with MDS, in the same role, same seat for the days to come... Special thanks to CEO, CHRO, HR Team, all my leaders and my colleagues... You are so special to me so I never want to miss you...
