Saturday was really not a good day for dancehall. What started out as a good thing ended real bad and we are so sorry of the outcome of the night. ones again we apologizefor all inconveniences. Statement We will start from scratch info: 10 contestants 10 countries 3 judges: Global bob,fire di blak and camron (owning up that this was not the best thing to do) we trusted them to do the right thing Head judges: Dawn and Kim (that everybody ingnored all night) * the rules and the rounds about the competition was send to ALL contestants in august this year * the news about the judges came out in october this year.We asked ALL the contestants personaly if they had a problem with it and that we are not trying to disrespect them in any way so we explaned why we had a sertan jury and only ONE said he had a problem with it others said no we are fine with it its ok and that contestant said if you all are fine with it then its ok!!!!! others did not even bother to reply * so we added amad (owning up to a next mistake) THE CONTEST All dancers must have 2 mixes 1.30 min (introduction mix) and one from 1.00 min (semi Finals) (owning up to a dumb mistake: putting a contestants girlfriend next to the dj) Round 1: Introduction mix (none will be cut in this round) Round 2 : (4 dancers will be eliminated in this round) Semi-final (round 3) : (3 dancers will be eliminated) THAT DID NOT HAPPEN the head judges said u must eliminate 3 they would not but after some time they came with 3 names the head judges were NOT happy with it so confusion started. Out of No where without even telling the head judges this happend ON STAGE (not a good look): Shortman had to battle Benjamin tagoe HE WON. the CROWD and HEAD JUDGES chose Shortman!! so he had to be SAFE and in the finals So Shortman battled 3 dancers for no reason! yet AGAIN out of no where without telling the head judges shortman had to battle Jiff while he was SAFE the head judges were taking for a JOKE while they was fighting to be heard even after taking shortman by the hand to say HE IS SAFE they still got interupted by a next judge and came with a random lie that 4 chose jiff and 2 Shortman. Knowing time is passing the Organisator got news that the club owner will shut the party down because of the (BULLSHIT) on stage so he stepped in and everyone decided they had a say and went on stage...then they said mad mike and lil gbb have to battle (i think to calm the situation maybe cause thats not logical) (and we have all that on vid) Shortman battled 3 dancers for no reason!
