Saturday workout for us! 1A) Deadlift Work up to 5 RM #435/#115 1B) Vertical Jump from Deadlift start X 3 2A) Single Arm OH Walking Lunges 4 X 6 / leg #53/#20 2B) Single Leg RDL 4 X 6 / leg #70/#30 3A) HPCF a) Max Set of Pull Ups x 1 min #24/30 (jumping pull ups for Ky) ***Rest x 1 Min then 30-20-10 reps of each (20-15-10 Ky): b) KB Swing #70/#35 c) Push Ups d) Knees to elbow ***Rest x 1 min e) Max Set of Pull-Ups x 1 min #14 This is the heaviest Ive deadlifted since my time at CFLA. Back then my 5rm was #465 but could use the rebound off the rubber floor which helps a bit with the initial pull. This is #435 with no rebound on my scrappy cement floor. Happy with it though!
