Saturdays Classes: 8:30-9:45am, Hatha Flow (intermediate), Drop in, Jools 10-11:30am, Wake Up Yoga, Drop in, Marney 10-11:00am, Tai Chi (advanced), Register, Laurie 1-3:00pm, Mindfulness Mediation, Register, Anne Mindfulness Meditation This course is for all levels, those who are new to a mindful practice and those who are more experienced and wish to join in on a group experience. Using techniques based on the work done by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MSBR) Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre, we will explore a number of mind-body-spirit exercises which are easily learned to practice at home.
