Sausage bake!! 6 to 8 sausages pumpkin and potatoe mash. (The usual amount you make for your family) 2 tomatoes 1-2 carrots grated Salt and pepper to season Cheese METHOD Cook your sausages Mash your 40/60 (40 pumpkin 60 potatoe) line a baking tray with the cooked sausages so they are laying on the bottom of your tray. Dice your tomatoes up and add them to your mash mixtures with the grated carrot. Lay the mash mix on the top of sausages and add pepper and salt to season top with grated cheese and bake until cheese is cooked and golden! Side note you could use sweet potato instead of pumpkin
