Savannah is going with her friend to a bible camp thing all week in the mornings. Hope she has fun. Dont mind my kids experiencing different stuff just not ok with people preaching and telling them how it should be. My feeling is faith is in your heart and you shouldnt have to go to church all the time or pray for everything in order for it to be true or strong. I completely respect those that do need to do so but expect the same in return but have already had a few times that they have said things to her that she should do or not do that i dont like at all so hope it doesnt become a bigger issue as I personally feel there is a difference in true faith in your heart and an obsession with needing to prove it every waking moment which becomes creepy not to mention has a very fake feel to their behavior like everything they say and do they are worried will be judged so its carefully scripted! Reminds me of those who obsess so much then commit mass suicide to honor their form of faith. I personally think we judge ourselves and each other way more than he does and usually negatively!! just want her to be open minded and enjoy her friends and willing to try what they enjoy within reason.
