ESDC will ask the Town Of Stratford for a $750,000 predevelopment loan to advance the project through the key predevelopment issues.” Their following eight-part list reveals that they need this money to basically begin the entire process that The Stratford Stage Group LLC has already accomplished and/or is ready to implement now.
