Additional Alerts: 1) The Stratford Stage Group LLC Proposal details the following: • NO Tax money or loan from Town. • $500,000.00 plus annually in Tax Revenue for the Town. • Annual financial sustainability for the Theatre from the Shakespeare Inn. 2) The Elm Street Theater Company Proposal states, “. . . ESDC will ask the Town Of Stratford for a $750,000 predevelopment loan to advance the project through the key predevelopment issues.” Their following eight-part list reveals that they need this money to basically begin the entire process that The Stratford Stage Group LLC has already accomplished and/or is ready to implement now.
