It has been said that "pets are the victims of whoever owns them," and SPOOKY is certainly feeling the truth of that statement tonight. SPOOKY entered the ACC system when his owner was evicted, an event which SPOOKY could neither predict nor prevent. No matter what happens to the humans in the former household, they will not be given lethal injections for failing to pay the rent; that unfortunate penalty falls to the innocent pets. SPOOKY is 7 years old and was a loved family pet until 9/19. Spooky came in with 3 other cats (Geminiuno- still available, Sparky- gone and Gemini- gone) SPOOKY is a cat who should easily transition into any new home. Please advocate for SPOOKY tonight.
