WITH Chris Midura, diplomat, spokesperson of the US delegation to the OSCE David Campion, Conflict Prevention Centre, former CEO of the Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina – and he will be joined by Ken Palmer, who currently heads the human dimension department of the BiH Mission. Alice Nemcova, OSCE archivist, who will come in from the Prague Office: she recently published a fascinating collection of interviews with the movers and shakers who made Helsinki happen in 1975 (will be first prize in the draw).
