Saving Grace – An Update Merry Christmas….Grace is ready to be in her forever Home for the Holidays. Grace has come a long way since being tossed from a car and on death’s door a few short months ago. Grace is an amazing, loving, caring, playful, joyful, loves all animals and people she meets type of cat. Grace loves to play with feathers, enjoys loving on you while you’re trying to sleeping and spying on you while you’re in the shower. She stays off the counters but loves curling up on your laptop. She plays with all toys, but especially loves chasing her rattle balls. She’s curious and throws caution to the wind. She does aerial acrobatics when leaping for toys off the ottoman. Chasing the laser light is fun, but she prefers actually touching and flipping her toys. Grace doesn’t like water, so bathing is out, but she’s a meticulous groomer so that shouldn’t matter. Grace also doesn’t like to be carried around. I think it scares her. Grace has the sneezies and will need special food and supplements to help her stay healthy. Her coat has turned from a malnourished coppery color to a shiny, sleek, black panther color. You can’t help but play with her little monkey tail! Grace loves to be petted, have her feet massaged and doesn’t mind a nail trim. She is tiny for her age of 10 months and may not grow much more due to the mistreatment she endured during her first 6 months of life. Her perfect forever home will always keep her indoors and be able to provide her with the potential, additional veterinary care she may need.
