Saving the planet as usual. Not a bad weekends work really on not a bad pad. Actually it ticks all my boxes. Acreage within 3km from beach - Tick, big ass shed - Tick, 12 car garage - Tick, 250,000 litre horizon swimming pool -hmmm, was after a 300,000 litre but since there are built ins in each bedroom - Tick... 10kW system - 40 * 250W Modules, North facing on tilt frames set to 30 degree. Average daily yield system will produce will be 46kWh/day with avg. in summer months as high as 54kWh/day! This is worst case scenario also being this is the energy generated between 9am - 3.00pm only. Annual total (minimum) - 16796kWh or approx - $4700 per/year. A good contribution to off-setting one of their $3500 per quarter electricity bills... :)
