Saw Gone Girl David Finchers latest dark, twisted, stylish flick. A very good mystery thriller with a fine lead in Ben Affleck, likeable even though hes a bit of a dick, but thrown in a horrible situation where you cant help but be on his side. His missing wife played by Rosamind Pike oh man, wow! The less said about her the better, cause you should see the film, but shes something man. Neill Patrick Harris also solid, as is surprisingly comedian Tyler Perry (yep the drag dressing idiot). The film is long but never felt it, as it was wholly engaging and well paced, and of course being a Fincher film it has a cold as ending. Really cold. All in all though it was definitely one of the years best, a film as great and gripping as the recent excellent Fargo series, so yeah absolutely check it I highly recommend it. Gone Girl: * * * *
