Saw "Man of Steel" today. Great movie. Am such a fan of Superman, I probably need to wait awhile to temper my enthusiasm to give an unbiased comparison of this and previous Superman movies. Right now, I can say I was very impressed with many aspects of this reboot. Modern treatment, Earth response to him, good treatment of his trying to come to terms with who he is, and trying to learn and harness his powers. Note: lots of action. Better showing of his super-strength and other power capabilities than ever before in movies. Wow, this and the new "Star Trek" movie in the last month; what a great start to the summer!
