Saw a blue light flash across the sky a few minutes ago I thought it was lightning crashing but didnt hear thunder follow, and then another series of blue lights sparked... Im thinking maybe its coming from a transformer over at the next block going to blow up or something. Didnt hear an explosion though... Or maybe coz its raining pretty hard now and the winds howling horribly. Nevertheless, no power interruption (yet!) and networks are working just fine. Gonna be a loooooong night indeed. ☔️😩🙏 #RubyPh #Hagupit
