Saw something similar to this.... A professor puts a jar on the table and fills it with golf balls. He then asked if the jar was full. They all said yes. He then put pebbles in the jar, filling the gaps between the golf balls. He asked again if the jar was full, and they agreed it was. He then put sand into the jar and of course....filled even more space. He explained to the kids that the jar represents our life, the golf balls God, the pebbles our cars, home, etc...and the sand the small things like mowing the yard, cleaning, etc... He explained that by filling our lives(the jar) with God(golf balls)....everything else will fall into place as it should. Changed up a bit, but I like this version better. Gives me more hope for myself :)
