Saw these reminders from Michelle May today, whose books have been an inspiration for my New You ResoLOSEtion program, and thought I would share them. Such great advice for the new year!! * Dont use exercise as punishment for eating. * Eat what you love - and love what you eat! * Your stomach is about the size of your fist so it only takes a handful or two to fill it comfortably. * When a craving doesnt come from hunger, eating will never satisfy it!
