Saw this great verse on my Verse-A-Day Android App... Luke 15:8-10 “Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses one. Doesn’t she light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.’ In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” When I was a kid, I remember searching endlessly for a certain toy matchbox car whenever I lost it. Everything else stopped, and finding that car was the center of all my efforts. In order to understand, we have to think about people in terms of who they are to God. God created us, and it is only through His life-giving gifts that we pro-create. People are Gods treasured possession, and He is constantly reaching out to His treasures. Some want to be found by Him, and some dont. Be sure though, when someone is found and runs to God in Christ Jesus - there is great celebration.
