Saw this on post “Young and Active Nigeria” and I wish to share with you all A jobless man applied for the position of an office boy at Microsoft. The HR manager interviewed him then watched him clean the floor as a test. You are employed. He said. Give me your e-mail address and Ill send you some forms to fill as well as the date when you may commence work. But I dont have a computer, nor an email. The man replied, distressed. Im sorry, said the HR manager. If you dont have an email, that means you do not exist. And whoever does not exist, cannot hold a job. The man left with no hope at all. He did not know what to do and he only had $10 in his pocket. After much thought however, he decided to go to the supermarket and bought a 10kg tomato crate. He then sold the tomatoes in a door-to-door round. In less than 2 hours, he had doubled his capital. He repeated the operation three times, and returned home with $60. He realized that he could survive this way. He began to go out every day and earlier too, then continue till late. As a result, the money doubled, then tripled. Not too long after, he bought a cart, then a truck, then he had his own fleet of delivery vehicles. 5 years later, he is one of the biggest food retailers in the US. He started to plan his familys future and decided to take out a life assurance policy. He called in an insurance broker and chose a protection plan. When the deal had been concluded, the broker asked for his email address. The man replied, I dont have an email account. Incredulous, the broker queried, You dont have email yet youve succeeded in building an empire? Can you imagine what you could have been if you had an email account?! The man thought for a while and replied. Yes! Id be an office boy at Microsoft! Moral of the story: 1. No one qualification holds the key to your life. 2. You may not have what you need but you have all you need to succeed. You are born to succeed! The question is; Are you willing to start small. Never allow you background to put you back on the ground. There is a great potential in you. DARE TO SUCCEED
