Sawa Bona Facebook... With January coming to an end I want to share my New Years Resolution. I resolve or pledge to CLEAR DEDICATED MOVEMENT Move with Clarity: Ask questions that bring about clarity. Resist confusion. Deliberate Movement: No accidental arriving. Create & Use Spiritual Roadmap. Only take the ESSENTIALS(People, Things, &Thoughts) Motivated Movement: Movement with purpose. Ensures that the deliberate movement is focused and aimed. BEGIN & END. Movement Companions: Who are you moving around with? And what are their habits? Further & Deeper Movement: Attempt new and different things. Discover what was unknown. But do this in a manner in which it takes you out of your comfort zone and promotes growth.
