Saying no is difficult but I’m getting better at it because I have to. I am not a huge fan of the word “boundaries” because I think it gets overused, but boy oh boy, I realized that if we have no boundaries we don’t feel like we have the right to say no. As a writer, teacher and someone who runs a website, people often ask me things that I can in no way, shape, or form, deliver upon. Does that make me a bad person?
