Saylar here with todays menu, but first, SERIOUS FACE! I have a lot to say! I was thinking this morning(while cooking 25lbs of sweet potatoes) that Ive wanted a food truck for so long, and Im just so stoked to have one that is doing AWESOME! YOU GUYS ARE THE BOMB!! Youre all doing such a good job at spreading the word and sharing the menu and keeping people coming to me! Im so blessed to have awesome customers like you all, and Im so blessed to be able to do what I love EVERYDAY! I havent had one negative review, not one sour customer, you guys all rock. And together we are making this thing HAPPEN! Thank you so much, it literally means the world to me that you all like me food. Now before I start crying in the caveman, heres the menu. Caveman- Maple sweet potato mash, topped with spinach, shredded chicken, and BACON! Eastbank- Lentils and chickpeas, stewed in coconut milk and Thai curry sauce. Served over brown rice and topped with feta cheese. Homefront- A mix of creamy wild rice, shredded chicken, and sweet kernel corn. NOW I want you all to know, that I have a limited supply of Homefront today. I hate to say this, but if you want it you better come early! Ive sold way more of that than expected!! Ill be at Crossfit Embrace from 4-8pm. Thanks guys :)
