Scalloped Potatoes Recipe Tender creamy potatoes with a crunchy top. This is a delicious and easy recipe. Ingredients Serves 4-6 8 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into thing circles1/2 white or yellow onion, sliced thin 3 cups milk (or plain almond milk) 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup feta cheese 1/2 cup parmesan salt and pepper green onions, sliced thin Directions Preheat oven to 375F. Line a 9 x12 baking sheet with parchment paper..or grease it with butter. Peel your potatoes, and slice them into very thin rounds. Slice your onion into thin long pieces. In a bowl mix together your milk, sour cream, feta cheese, salt, and pepper. Layer your dish starting with a double layer of sliced potatoes, followed by the sliced onions. Pour 1/2 your milk/cheese mixture over potatoes. Put another layer of the rest of your potato slices. Finish by pouring your milk/cheese mixture on top. Ideally, the liquids are covering your potatoes, and if it is not, splash on a bit more milk (or sometimes I will even use water, if I am out of milk, and the dish is delicious no matter what. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and green onions. Bake for 30-40 minutes until potatoes are tender and the top is browned. Note: You can always cover your pan with tinfoil if you are think that the top is getting too brown and the potatoes are not finished yet.
