Scams Scams and more Scams. We are getting calls for our good citizens saying that they are receiving calls from folks that are leaving messages that they have a criminal summons. We can assure you that if you have any processes that need to be served we do it in person with the exception of subpoenas to appear and testify in court. A couple of numbers that the calls are coming from are 844-858-2905 and 302-342-8805. After doing a little research other areas of the country are getting hit by these numbers. In a nutshell the scammers try to badger you into going down and sending them money by Western Union or Money Gram or Green Dot. The best thing to do with these callers is to not pick up the phone, dont answer them and above all do not give them any money or your personal information.
