Scattered showers this morning followed by another period or rain later this afternoon and evening. We will see a storm develop off the coast later today that will help bring a second shot of steady rain later today. Showers this morning are scattered and also fighting dry air so precipitation amounts are expected to be light. It will be a gloomy day with extensive cloud cover and cool temps. If you havent been keeping track dont worry, we have been. This will be the third low pressure system to develop off shore in three weeks, and it doesnt look to end there.
