The protégée of New York-based Pastry Chef Jesuit Paul Nugas will amaze you with her version of a 3-layer chandelier cake. She will explain the clever engineering involved in this masterpiece. She will also discuss the technicalities in structure, lighting and assembly in class. At the end of the course, each student will be able to successfully set up a chandelier cake – P4,000 for 2 days including lunch, 10am-5pm.
