Sunday 21st - 12 - 5 EVERYONE! 12 - 1 All group singing 1 - 3 Tidy Dances/scenes/ Soloists 1 on 1 3 - 3:15 Break 3:15 - 3:30 set up for run through, costumes props etc 3:30 Run Through 5pm Finish Monday 22nd - 10 - 1 painting, sets, props, costumes etc (anyone who is available!) 5 - 8 Rehearsal - everyone! Tuesday 23rd - 10 - 1 painting, sets, props, costumes etc (anyone who is available!) 3 - 5 Rehearsal - everyone!! Wednesday 24th - 10 - 1 painting, sets, props, costumes (anyone who is available!) 2 - 5 rehearsal - everyone! Thursday 25th - 11 - 3 Full run through with costumes props set etc. everyone has to be here as lighting designer is watching. This is our final rehearsal. So please take the oppertunity to rest Thursday evening and Friday daytime! Big weekend ahead!! Either Thursday/Fri van will need to be loaded at the studio, time TBC Friday 26th - Van will be emptied at Glor - Friday at 4:30. We will need help so please let us know if you can. Call for all the cast will be 7pm Friday evening until 10pm. Saturday july 27th: showtime!Shows are 2:30 / 7:30 be at Glor for 12! After the first show you must tidy up your props and hang up your costumes to be ready for evening show. Be back at glor for 6pm. Thank you all so much :) SMILE!!!!!
