As part of our continuous commitment to provide a better service and better hosting experience to our valued clients, we would like to hereby announce that there will be a major data center migration and consolidation exercise that will be carried out starting from 28/07/2013 10:00:00 GMT+05:30. =================================================== Scheduled Maintenance Date: Sunday, July 28, 2013 (28/07/2013) Start Time: 10:00 AM GMT+05:30. End Time: 14:00 AM GMT+05:30. Services affected: Network Connectivity Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 4 hours =================================================== Who will be affected? All clients currently hosted under MistLayer, Liveweb, Transitlayer ,Vpscrossing will be affected by this migration exercise. This includes Shared Hosting Clients,Reseller Hosting Clients, Dedicated Server Clients and Resellers. =================================================== What will happen during the migration? 1.We will physically unplug the servers from present Data Centers and transport them to the new data centers located at San Jose, CA. 2.There will be changes of IP addresses to most of your hosting accounts / servers upon the completion the new data center migration. =================================================== Customers may notice brief periods of increased latency or packet loss on network traffic into/out of the datacenter as migrations occur. No customer disruption is expected as a result of this maintenance. Work will be performed on standby elements of redundant systems, with graceful service migration when necessary. =================================================== If you have any problems after this time frame with regard to connectivity, or if you have any questions regarding the maintenance at any point, please open a new ticket in the customer portal referencing this ticket. This ticket is not being tracked by personnel and will be only used to update status of this maintenance. We appreciate your patience during this work and welcome any feedback.
